German language, German Deutsch, official language of both Germany and Austria and one of the official languages of Switzerland. German is an inflected language with four cases for nouns, pronouns, and adjectives (nominative, accusative, genitive, dative), three genders (masculine, feminine, neuter), and strong and weak verbs. German is widely studied as a foreign language and is one of the main cultural languages of the Western world.
The German language is basically classified into 3 levels A,B & C. Each level consists of A0, A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 & C2. To receive a valid visa from German Immigration the requirement is to obtain at least level B1 of German language competence required by qualification recognition authorities and medical institutes under examination TELC B1/B2 Pflege &B2/C1 Medizin.
